Lead without title. Is it practicle..

Couple of months back, I was reading Robin Sharma's blog about Lead without title. Its all about make your all efforts and do not expect the returns for your good deed. It is similar concept as Krishna says in Mahabharata "Do your work and do not worry/except the results". Its task done with pure heart and complete dedication without selfishness.

I have been thinking how practicle it is. Till now I was of the opinion that this is a pure theoritical concept and not for common man. Today unknowingly I did happen to help others without any expectations. Believe me.. it me lot of satisfaction. I am thrilled and satisfied by my activity.

Todays take away is "Lead without title" not for others,.. it is for us and this leads to peaceful and calm mind.

This blog is intended for genuine users/people who are looking to share some of their expereinces. Experiences might be the small incidents while coming to office, big tragedy, humours in schools, collegues, in offices and in in home. Small and affectionate fights between wife and husband, for that matter it might be anything until and unless it makes sense.

To share my views about My friends, collegues, Managers, CEO's with whom I have worked, learned and shared, people I met since choildhood, school days, collegue friends etc etc.

I believe every thought is a unique and gives some experience. Every experience is a unique. People might face same experiences but the thought and interest might be entirely different.
